Early Lease Termination Letter

Dear Steven Crain,

I regret to inform you that I shall be vacating my leased apartment earlier than I anticipated. In line with this, I will be terminating my lease before its expiry on January 25, 2020.

I would like you to send me the security deposit via mail after you are done inspecting the apartment. In case you have any more questions regarding the matter, please feel free to contact me.
