Termination Letter for Poor Performance

Dear Mr. John Shaw,
 
This letter shall serve as a formal document regarding the termination of your employment with Viva Corp. on grounds of unsatisfactory performance. Your last day with the company will be on March 9, 2021.
 
Specifically, you have been terminated for the following reason(s): 
Incompetent Behaviour in the office, Insufficient to handle the work pressure, etc.
 
This decision remains, under any circumstance, irreversible. As per your contract, you will receive the following compensation and benefits upon your termination: 
You shall receive the 2 months salary but have to serve the notified period and all the remaining bills will be cleared.
 
Please be informed that as part of your termination, you are also required to return the company-issued property and equipment. Also, keep in mind that your signed agreements will take effect upon your leave. This includes the deducted ones and uninformed ones. The files are attached for your perusal.
