SIMPLE RENTAL AGREEMENT LETTER

This is to confirm that you will be renting the property situated at [ADDRESS], under the following terms and conditions:

Rental Term: You will rent out the property beginning upon your first date of occupancy [START DATE]. This agreement will be renewed every [DATE 1] of the month (the "renewal date"), commencing exactly 30 days after the first date of your occupancy. The initial term for your rental will be [NUMBER] months. Thereafter the initial term, you will be given the option to terminate or renew this agreement for another [NUMBER 1] months. 

Rental Fee: The rental fee effective for this agreement is USD 0.00. You are required to pay a/an [N]-month advance deposit within [NUMBER 2] days upon your signing of this agreement. Property management reserves the right to make adjustments on the rental fee, provided that any changes to the payable figures are notified to you [NUMBER 2] months prior to the renewal date of each month. Late payments will be charged with an additional 0.00% of your payable rental fee for the  month applicable. 

Utility Bills and Other Expenses: You will be solely responsible for paying all expenses on electricity, water, HVAC, gas, and maintenance and repairs on damages to the property which are caused by you or your visitor. Housekeeping, janitorial and basic maintenance expenses will be paid for by property management. 

Policies: Property management has provided the official rules and regulations for tenancy in the property, which is attached to this agreement as Annex A. Your violations to any rule or regulation for [N] consecutive instances may be used as grounds for termination of this rental agreement.

Visitors and Pets: You must provide property management with a list of other persons or animals that will be visiting you temporarily or occupying the property for a certain period of time. The list must be accompanied with a copy of each person's or animal's valid identification. You are advised to take good care of your pets and follow property management's policies on keeping pets within the property. 

Please be reminded that this letter is legally binding, should you choose to accept the terms and conditions stated above by signing this document.
