As I was going through the advertisement section of a local column, I stumbled upon your advertisement saying that you are looking for a Hotel Telephone Operator at your hotel, Sublime Panorama Hotel. I am writing this to you as I am interested in the position. With a long checklist of my qualifications and specifications, I am fit to be the next Hotel Telephone Operator of your hotel.
My strongest attributes are I have an authoritative but clear voice, excellent listening skills, and most importantly a friendly and approachable personality that is greatly significant to the position. I have successfully handled duties and calls from hotel guests from my previous hotel, travelers, reservations, and more. I also have the skills of Microsoft Word and have the ability to type up to 170 WPM. I also experienced working extensively with VoIP and PBX telephone systems and handled over 500 calls a day.
