HOTEL RESIDENT MANAGER COVER LETTER
February 18, 2041
Felix Coleman
Hiring Manager
Harborview Hotel
Tallahassee, FL 32303
Dear Mr. Coleman,
I am writing this letter to express my desire for the Hotel Resident Manager position at Harborview Hotel as advertised in CareerSource.com. Having read your checklist of specifications, I believe that I have the qualifications for the job.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Malone College and have since established my career as a Hotel Resident Manager for the last six years. I first started my career as a Hotel Resident Manager in Wurzak Hotel Group. I learned how to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction and ensuring an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability. After leaving Wurzak Hotel Group, I worked with Senior Care Centers. This time I was able to maximize the revenue and profitability of the hotel through best product and service standards. I am currently working for FirstService Residential and I was able to increase the hotel’s market penetration and leveraged its Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to appeal to the clients perception. I have worked with three known hotels for my entire career. These three hotels have helped me hone my skills especially my analytical and problem-solving skills, which was very beneficial for me and the hotels. I am interested to work in Harborview Hotel because I believe you can give me the opportunity to grow as a Hotel Resident Manager and in return help you for the hotel’s continuous success in the hotel industry.
I have no doubt that you will find me qualified candidate that can perform the duties of a Hotel Resident Manager. Attached is my resume for your perusal. You can contact me through my email or phone number anytime. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Respectfully,
Mary W. Gibbons
