Job Role and Summary 

A Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for establishing himself/herself as a commercial finance expert who coordinates with the clients to improve their financial status. He/she provides expert advice to business leaders concerning performance concerns and investment opportunities. Furthermore, he/she encompasses commercial appraisals, monitors investment, and implements post-performance reporting.

A. Duties and Responsibilities 

• Manages the commercial operation’s annual budget and calculates process
• Conducts commercial headcount spending plans, financial planning calendar, and review processes
• Directly meets with the clients to provide professional advice for commercial finance development 
• Tracks and updates rolling commercial operations budget and forecast to the external cost
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of commercial operations program 
• Researches and analyzes vital performance drivers relating to budget 
• Coordinates with proper department heads to explain significant deviation toward budget and actuals
• Writes a report to the commercial finance administrators on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Maps commercial operations work orders and change orders to the set budget
