A. Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Supervises and monitors advertisement operations to ensure that all standards and goals are met and achieved
  • Fixes and regulates vital matters concerning ad campaigns and problems 
  • Directs and notifies relevant staff of all crucial progress concerning various aspects of the advertising operations department 
  • Formulates and produces strategic plans for the improvement and operational efficacy of advertising tools and methods 
  • Strategizes and executes changes to advertisement campaign and programs and directs advertising initiatives 
  • Conducts an assessment in advertising operations and sales and creates an analysis of results to increase efficiency and development in the workflow daily or monthly 
  • Build and establish trust with clients, vendors, and media agencies to secure sales revenue and resolve any pending issues quickly to help improve customer service satisfaction 
  • Work together with other departments in ensuring that all campaign projects and programs are wholly and appropriately done and delivered effectively
