Dear [Mr. Stewart],
We are writing you a letter to inform you that your employment with [Grapes Industrial] will be terminated effective starting [December 2, 2091] for several reasons which are listed below.
First, you have committed insubordination and time and again mocked our call for disciplinary action. You have repeatedly ignored our summons and failed to submit your letter of explanation where you were required to clarify the offenses you've made. This had been really disappointing as we did not expect this from you. However, despite the written and verbal warnings, you did not follow through the promise of changing and correcting your behavior.
Second, your attendance had more than once affected the operations of the company. As one of our most trusted employees, we expected your attendance to fulfill tasks and complete our projects. Despite your excellent workmanship, your regular absence has caused us several problems. We cannot function very well when we depend on you to perform necessary duties in your position.
Third, there had been frequent reports of you harassing female employees and bullying other employees below your rank. We believe that you are aware of the company's rule of conduct, and as such, we cannot accept that these are simply jokes and pranks. We expected you to be professional in your bearing and with your speech, but this has fallen on deaf ears.
Lastly, we found out that you stole money from the company. This warrants severe punishment and legal action.
For the service you've done for the company, we will still pay you with the appropriate amount of severance fee. You may come back a month after to claim your pay once all your accounts are settled with the finance department. Please return company equipment that you have with you as per company rules.
