It has come to our attention that you have been coming in at the office beyond the normal work hours which is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. You have been tardy for five (5) days straight and it is a violation against our company’s rules and regulations (5.1. Three (3) days of consecutive tardiness constitutes a written explanation for the first offense). You are to submit a written explanation to the HR department within five (5) days. Failure to do so will constitute a heavier punishment.
