RE: [INSERT PURPOSE OF WARNING HERE]
Dear [Mr. Manahan],
We have received a written complaint from [Ms. Donna Reynold] about your excessive use of expletive words whenever you are dissatisfied with [Ms. Reynold's] work output. Your assistant approached us for help when you threatened to fire her from her position just because she was not able to do your shopping for you. We believe that you have thoroughly reviewed and memorized our company's rules of conduct, and we are very displeased with your behavior. Despite the repeated warning of which we have discussed for quite a number of times, there has been no changes in your behavior and had time and again, caused another employee's resignation.
As an employee with a respected position, you should show proper conduct when dealing with your staff. Furthermore, there have been reports of you using foul language in close meetings with our investors and managers. We conducted a detailed investigation and found solid evidence as well as witnesses. Luckily, our investors have not minded this, for if they did, we could have lost a multi-million dollar project and investments.
We would like you to submit a written explanation about your conduct. We also scheduled a meeting with you to discuss how to correct your behavior issues. Failure to submit your explanation will warrant you a final warning letter. Failure to attend the meeting is considered insubordination and will cause you termination.
We will not tolerate any atrocious behavior in our company. What we need less is for employees to resign and in return, lose excellent workers. What you did was unacceptable and against our rules. Please be guided accordingly and follow the advice strictly.
Sincerely yours,
