I have received the memo regarding the company’s new policies and instructions as a response to the current [COVID-19] situation. I am writing this letter as a humble request for you to consider me for the [Work From Home] (WFH) arrangement.
According to the terms of this alternative work set-up, only those who are considered essential employees will remain in the office throughout the applicable period of the arrangement. I have consulted and agreed with my direct supervisors that I will not be part of such selected personnel.
There are currently no projects under my name that have pending activities required to be conducted in the office. I am more than willing to prepare notice emails for my clients and partners should your department approve this request. Furthermore, I have reviewed all the stipulations in the WFH agreement. I can also assure you that all materials needed to carry out my regular duties and responsibilities will be available to me.
I have herewith attached a copy of my current workload and schedule. I hope you find the time to go over the details and consider my request. Thank you for your time and continued support.
