Good day!

I am writing to inform you that I have been diagnosed with a contagious illness recently. I set an appointment with a doctor yesterday, and he advised me to stay at home for the next two weeks.

In line with this, I would like to request a work-from-home arrangement so I could continue working on my daily tasks as well as keep corresponding with my direct supervisor during my confinement.

I have attached in this letter a copy of my medical certificate for your reference. I am hoping for your kind consideration.
