This binder was prepared for my spouse and our child, if either myself or [NAME] are incapacitated for any reason. [NAME], our child [NAME 1] will be provided with this binder in order to manage our estate if ever we are debilitated or upon our death.
The reports located in this binder will provide the information that you need to manage our assets or distribute them upon our deaths. This binder contains key contacts, all account numbers, key passwords and general instructions. Read the report thoroughly from front-to-back and highlight key information and other data that you may find important.
Original copies of our wills and testaments are located [LOCATION]. In the wills it will indicate the shares that we would like for the heirs to receive. An abbreviated file is located [LOCATION 1] titled [TITLE] and a complete copy of the binder is located at [LOCATION 2]. This information was compiled on [DATE 1] and it will be updated as situations may change and at least annually.
