FREELANCE RECRUITER AGREEMENT

PARTIES

This FREELANCE RECRUITER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of August 10, 2060 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Fredrick Johnson of EcoWaste Company (“Company”), located at 2870 Eagle Street, Illinois, and Jason Miller (“Freelance Recruiter”), with a personal address of 3906 Davis Court, Illinois.

The Company and the Freelance Recruiter are each referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”

NATURE OF AGREEMENT

• The Company requires ten (10) new employees for the research department to conduct a research project entitled “The Sustainable Development of Eco-Friendly Waste Management and Disposal” (“Project”) this September 29, 2060.
• The Company hired the services of the Freelance Recruiter (“Services”) to source the most qualified applicants for the upcoming Project.
• The Freelance Recruiter agrees to commence and complete the required Services for the Company within two (2) months.

CONSIDERATION & PAYMENT

• The Freelance Recruiter shall receive a total amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in compensation for all Services conducted for this Agreement.
• All payments will be forwarded to the Freelance Recruiter through checks in three (3) equal installments.

COVENANTS, REPRESENTATIONS, & WARRANTIES

• The Freelance Recruiter covenants to perform all Services necessary in accordance with the Company standards, under the laws of Illinois.
• The Freelance Recruiter further warrants to submit the names of all qualified applicants to the Company for further consideration and assessment.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

• This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate upon the lapse of two (2) months unless otherwise renewed or terminated earlier by either Party.
• Any and all notices and communications made between the Parties shall be in writing and must be signed by both Parties.
• Amendments made on this Agreement shall be in writing and must first be signed by the Parties before it becomes effective.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the State of Illinois.
