The intent of this letter is to remind you that in your former company, Dreambig Corp., you have signed a confidentiality agreement, the breach of which is subject to the jurisdiction of an applicable court of law thus you have access to the company’s confidential, material and proprietary information. According to the agreement mentioned above, you are tasked to keep all the information and shall not use it to the detriment of the company.
