The intent of this letter is to remind you that in your former company, Dreambig Corp., you have signed a confidentiality agreement, the breach of which is subject to the jurisdiction of an applicable court of law thus you have access to the company’s confidential, material and proprietary information. According to the agreement mentioned above, you are tasked to keep all the information and shall not use it to the detriment of the company. Specifically, the agreement forbids you in disclosing and utilizing it to any new employer that may be a threat to the company. In addition, if you happen to execute solicit to existing customers, the company’s contractual relationships may interfere.

In the event you may have taken some important documents, records, and other pertinent information belonging to the company, you are hereby required to return the said documents immediately.
