I regret to inform you that this letter confirms your suspension without pay for the duration [NUMBER] of days.
On [DATE 1], we received notice that you have violated the rules and regulations of the Employee Standards set for your department, specifically [REASON]. I believe we have already sent you a warning letter on [DATE 2]. However, you have not taken notice of this and continued with your old ways.
You are expected to report back to work at [START DATE]. By then, I expect that you will be able to remedy your behaviour and address the reasons sighted above.
Failure to show any signs of improvement in behavior or performance may result in further disciplinary action, which may lead to the termination of your employment.
