Step 1: Sign In With Your Account
Sign in using your authorized G Suite or personal Google account to access your classes. If you do not have an account, you can create a new account by visiting google.com/signin in your browser or tapping the Create New Account on your mobile. For G Suite account users, check with your administrator in regards to log-in details or ask for permission to log in using your own account.

Step 2: Archive a Class
To archive a class, go to your class dashboard and pick the class card that you want to archive. Click the three dots on the right side of the class card and click Archive on the pop-up menu. A warning box will appear detailing some information when you archive a class. Click Archive if you want to continue. Your archived class will then disappear from your dashboard.

Step 3: Unarchiving a Class
To unarchive a class, search for the Archived Classes option by clicking the three-line menu that can be found on the top left side of your screen. You will then be redirected to another page where you can see all of your archived classes. Click the three dots on the class card you want to unarchive and choose Restore. Your unarchived class will ten reappear in your current class roster.
What happens when I archive a class?
When you archive a class, you will no longer see the class card in your dashboard. Furthermore, any students can not unenroll in this class unless you unarchive the class or let them unenroll before archiving them.
I cannot unenroll in a class. What should I do?
If you find yourself unable to unenroll in a class, your teacher might have restricted students from unenrolling themselves. However, your teacher might have archived the class, thus making them inaccessible to you. If it’s an archived class, you can ask your teacher to unarchive them first to let you unenroll.
Can I still search for a document from an archived class?
You can access documents and other works from an archived class by going to Google Drive.
