Step 1: Log into Your Google Account
You need to log into a registered Google account before you can Google Calendar. After logging in, go to the Google site main page and open the Google Apps menu in the upper right corner. Select the Calendar icon to open Google Calendar.

On your Google Calendar page, click the plus (+) icon next to the “Other calendars” label near the bottom of the left panel. Select the “Create a new calendar” option to open the Settings page. Enter the new calender’s name, description, and timezone before clicking on the “Create calendar” button.

Step 3: Create Events in Google Calendar
To create a new event, start by clicking on the desired date in the calendar field. In the popup menu, set the name, time, and other details of your event before clicking on the Save button. Access additional features and settings by selecting “More options” at the bottom of the popup.

Step 4: View Your different calendars on Your Google Calendar Page
In the left panel of your Google Calendar, expand or shrink the “My calendars” and “Other calendars” lists by clicking the arrows next to their respective labels. Click on a listed calendar to toggle its events in the calendar field.

Step 5: Download Add-Ons for Your Google Calendar
Go to your Google Calendar main page and click on the gear icon before selecting “Get add-ons” from the list. In the Google Workspace Marketplace, scroll through the window or use the search function to find apps. Click on the app’s thumbnail and review it thoroughly before installing.
