Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are the main cost unit for generating media. Each model (image, video, or animation) uses a specific number of credits per generation depending on model type, duration, and resolution. Subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each credit cycle.

Question 2

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Question 3

How many images or videos can I generate?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan’s monthly credits and the models you use — higher-quality models cost more credits per generation. See the comparison table above for per-model credit costs.

Question 4

How can I purchase extra credits?

Accepted Answer

You can top up credits at any time from your account’s billing page once you’re on a Plus or Max plan.

Question 5

How does Unlimited work?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited GPT Image 2.5 lets Plus and Max subscribers generate with that model without drawing down their monthly credits, subject to fair usage limits.

Question 6

Can I change my subscription after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Question 7

Which plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Starter suits individuals exploring AI tools, Plus fits everyday creators and marketers, and Max is built for professionals and businesses with heavier usage.
