At Template.net, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only permitted under limited circumstances.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframe

A refund may be granted if a feature is not working after subscription and cannot be resolved by Template.net Support.

Refund Conditions

  1. Refund

    A refund will be granted only if a subscribed feature is confirmed to be non-functional and cannot be fixed by Template.net’s technical team.

  2. No Refund

    Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

    • A PRO template has been downloaded, accessed, or edited.
    • Free AI credits have been used.
    • The refund request is based on change of mind or user preference.
    • Issues caused by third-party compatibility, network, or browser problems.
    • The template contains inaccurate or incomplete content — instead, Template.net Support will provide a corrected version.

System Tracking & Subscription Cancellation

  • Template.net’s system tracks all downloads and Free AI credit usage to prevent unauthorized refund claims. If our system detects that a user has accessed, edited, or utilized any PRO template, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a user downloads a PRO template, they will not qualify for a refund, but they can request subscription cancellation to prevent future renewals.

Product Information & Buyer Responsibility

  • All templates include product details, mock-ups, and descriptions on their respective pages. Users should carefully review these details before purchasing.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on overlooked product details. Instead, users may request a replacement template of equal value or a custom item.

Auto-Renewal & Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscribers receive an email notification before their subscription auto-renews.
  • Users can cancel anytime via their Dashboard or by contacting Customer Support.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases beyond the user's control, such as:

  • Accidents
  • Natural disasters
  • Unforeseen emergencies
