This policy outlines that subscribers, as users, may request a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the time of purchase. Following this time frame, requests will not be honored unless under specific circumstances beyond your control, such as accidents, calamities, disasters, and other unforeseen events. You may only request a refund for the current billing period. Refunds for previous payments are not possible.
- It is crucial to recognize that refund requests should be contingent upon these circumstances:
- A full refund will only be provided if the subscription was purchased within the 7-day period upon subscription and no templates were downloaded.
- Should one (1) or more templates be discovered as downloaded, a one-month deduction will be applied to the yearly subscription charge, leading to the cancellation of the subscription.
- Should a subscriber choose not to continue with the yearly subscription and request access to the templates for a specified period, we will process a refund and adjust the amount accordingly (charge monthly). Moreover, we will arrange for the account to be canceled based on the requested time frame.
- If our system shows that you or anyone using your account has accessed, edited, utilized, or downloaded any PRO templates, whether by yourself or authorized individuals, you do not qualify for a refund.
- We will not accept responsibility or liability for any conflicts or compatibility issues caused by third-party software. Subscribers have the flexibility to choose from various formats before downloading, hence, refund requests will be denied.
- Difficulties in downloading the template caused by network, firewall, browser, or internet connectivity issues are considered beyond our control and are not valid grounds for a refund.
- If the template downloaded by the subscriber contains inaccurate content, a refund will not be issued. Consequently, the subscriber should promptly contact Customer Support to rectify the situation and provide the correct template.
- If the subscription was unintentionally initiated by you or another individual using your credit card or other payment methods, the subscriber must contact Customer Support within the next 72 hours (3 days) for further investigation. If it's confirmed that no templates were downloaded, a full refund will be issued.
- The product page furnishes vital information, including mock-up designs and product attributes, aiding the subscriber in making informed purchasing choices. Although we may offer a product replacement of equal value or customize one, refunds will not be granted solely based on a change of mind. Merely being dissatisfied does not meet the requirements for a refund.
