Refund Policy

This policy outlines that subscribers, as users, may no longer request a refund. All refund requests will not be honored unless under specific circumstances beyond your control, such as accidents, calamities, disasters, and other unforeseen events. Refunds for previous payments are not possible.

As part of this change, Template.net will no longer be able to accept refund requests for digital goods/products.

It is crucial to recognize that refund requests shall NOT be permitted under these circumstances:

  1. If one (1) or more templates have been downloaded, a refund will NOT be issued, and your subscription will be canceled on the renewal date upon request.
  2. If our system shows that you or anyone using your account (credit card) has accessed, edited, utilized, or downloaded any PRO templates, whether by yourself or authorized individuals, you do NOT qualify for a refund.
  3. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any conflicts or compatibility issues caused by third-party software. Subscribers can choose from various formats before downloading, hence, refund requests will be DENIED.
  4. Difficulties downloading the template caused by network, firewall, browser, or internet connectivity issues are considered beyond our control and NOT valid grounds for a refund. As a result, you will need to contact our Customer Support to obtain the correct templates.
  5. If the template downloaded by the subscriber contains inaccurate content, a refund will NOT be issued. Consequently, the subscriber should promptly contact Customer Support to rectify the situation and they will provide the correct template.
  6. The product page provides essential information, such as mock-up designs and product details, to help subscribers make well-informed purchasing decisions. While we may offer a product replacement of equal value or a custom item, refunds will NOT be issued solely due to a change of mind. Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund.
  7. Template.net sends an email notification when a subscription is about to auto-renew, allowing subscribers to cancel their subscription via their Dashboard or by contacting Customer Support. Therefore, refunds are NOT issued once the subscription has been automatically renewed.
