Dear Mr. Noll,
We regret to inform you that your recent conduct at our workplace has been unacceptable. This warning letter is being issued to address the specific misconduct that occurred on June 10, 2050.
On June 10, it was observed by multiple colleagues that you were displaying signs of intoxication during working hours. Being under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs during work is a severe violation of our company's policy.
Such behavior is taken very seriously as it not only compromises the safety of yourself and your colleagues but also undermines the productivity and professionalism we expect from our employees. Our workplace has a zero-tolerance policy towards substance abuse, and we prioritize a safe and healthy working environment for all.
In light of this misconduct, we have initiated an internal investigation into the incident. Pending the outcome of this investigation, you will be required to attend a mandatory disciplinary hearing on June 12. During this hearing, you will have an opportunity to present any evidence or mitigating factors that may aid in reaching a fair resolution.
Please be advised that if further violations of company policies occur, such as repeated instances of being under the influence while on duty, it can result in severe consequences, including but not limited to suspension, termination, or legal action.
Moving forward, it is imperative that you adhere to all company policies, especially our substance abuse policy. We expect your full cooperation and commitment to maintaining a professional and sober atmosphere within the workplace.
Should you require any support or assistance in overcoming personal difficulties related to substance abuse, we strongly encourage you to seek appropriate professional help. Our company is committed to the well-being of our employees and offers confidential resources to support you in such matters.
We sincerely hope that this warning and the potential consequences it entails serve as a wake-up call for you to rectify your behavior and prioritize responsibility and professionalism.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email at billy@sobrietywatchservices.com.
