Dear Mr. Lance,
This letter serves to confirm our agreement regarding the rental property as described below.
I, Travis Harrison, your landlord, provide the property located at Morton Condotel. I confirm that you, Luis Lance, have agreed to pay the sum of $600 as a monthly rental payment for this property.
This rental agreement will take effect on October 1, 2050, and will run for 6 months unless either party terminates it. You are obliged to pay the rent on the first day of each month and to keep the property in a clean and habitable condition.
As your landlord, I am required to ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and complies with all local rental laws and regulations.
Any alterations or improvements to the property must be mutually agreed upon in writing. If there is any change in the terms of this agreement, it will be outlined in an additional document and both parties will need to sign for confirmation.
