Complaint Letter to Principal

COMPLAINT LETTER TO PRINCIPAL

September 15, 2052

Dr. Adela Abshire
Evergreen Academy
1234 Elm Street, Springfield, USA

Dear Dr. Abshire,

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding ongoing issues that my daughter, Zena Frami, a student in 7th Grade, Class B, is facing at Evergreen Academy. Specifically, I am deeply troubled by the persistent bullying she has been subjected to by a fellow student, Nadette Ritchie. This situation has reached a point where I believe immediate intervention is necessary to ensure her safety and well-being.

On September 10, 2052, Zena reported being verbally and physically harassed by Nadette, affecting her emotions and grades. Despite raising the issue with homeroom teacher Ms. Talia Jacobs on September 5 and emailing the school counselor Mr. Cyrus Ortiz on September 7, the bullying persists without resolution. I'm deeply worried about the lack of action on this issue. Zena is anxious about school due to harassment, her grades have dropped, and she's avoiding group activities to avoid the bully.

I respectfully request that the school administration take the following actions:

  1. Conduct a formal investigation into the incidents of bullying involving Mark Johnson, including interviews with relevant students and staff members.

  2. Implement disciplinary measures as deemed appropriate to address the behavior of the student involved.

  3. Provide Emily with additional support through the school’s counseling services to help her cope with the stress and anxiety caused by these incidents.

  4. Review and strengthen the school’s anti-bullying policies to prevent similar situations from arising in the future.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of all students at Evergreen Academy. Zena's education and mental health are of paramount importance to me, and I look forward to your prompt and positive response.

Sincerely,
