Excuse Note For Rangers Parade
Excuse Note
Dear David Willey,
I am sincerely sorry for the short notice but it is with regret I inform you that, unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the upcoming Rangers Parade. I assure you, my heart is heavy as I write this note.
Due to sudden and unforeseen circumstances that demand my urgent attention, I have been enlisted with duties that I cannot defer at this moment. This situation was unexpected and unavoidable, whilst it pains me to miss such an important event, my presence elsewhere is crucial.
I completely understand the inconvenience such a late withdrawal may cause and for this, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies. I have always considered the Rangers Parade as a major highlight in our calendar and my decision to miss it is not easy. I am fully aware of the contribution required from all of us to make it successful, which makes my absence even more difficult for me.
However, I am willing to make up for lost time. If there are any outstanding duties or responsibilities I can contribute to before or after the event, kindly inform me. I am eager to contribute in any way possible to help make the parade a resounding success.
Once again, I apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience. I am hopeful for your generously forgiving my unavoidable absence and for giving me an opportunity to make up for the loss in due time.
Yours sincerely,
Sarah Wilson
