I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to address a recent car rental with your esteemed organization.
Upon returning the rented vehicle, your inspection team reported some damages on the car that were allegedly incurred during my rental period. However, I firmly believe this might be a misunderstanding or an oversight, as I can assure you that the car was treated with utmost care and respect during my possession.
While I acknowledge your protocols for handling such matters, I kindly request a re-examination of the aforementioned damage. Per our contract, photographs were taken at the time of pick-up and return, which should correctly reflect the vehicle's condition. I am more than willing to cooperate to resolve this matter amicably and quickly.
