Dear Mrs. Hammer,
I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change in the teaching staff for your child’s class at Springfield Elementary School. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Ms. Stevens, the current teacher, will be leaving us to move closer to her family. As such, we have arranged for Mr. Taylor, an experienced educator, to take over her class starting on January 15, 2052.
Mr. Taylor comes to us with excellent credentials and a wealth of experience. He recently completed his Masters in Education Management and has been teaching for the past eight years. We are confident that he will be a valuable asset to our school and provide quality education to our students. We understand that a transition like this can be disruptive. However, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
