Recruitment Agency SLA

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Agency," and [Client Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. Services Provided

2. Candidate Submission

4. Offer and Placement

2. Upon acceptance of the job offer by a candidate, the Client shall notify the Agency immediately.
   

5. Reporting

1. The Agency shall provide regular reports on the status of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.

6. Confidentiality

7. Fees and Payments
