Scope Of Services

The Staffing Agency agrees to provide temporary staffing services to Tech Innovators Inc. as follows:

  1. Positions To Be Filled - The Staffing Agency will provide temporary personnel for the following positions:

  1. Temporary Software Developer

The temporary software developer will be responsible for assisting our software development team in coding, debugging, and testing software applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required.

  1. Temporary Administrative Assistant

The temporary administrative assistant will provide administrative support to various departments within the Client. Duties include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general office tasks.

  1. Temporary Marketing Coordinator

The temporary marketing coordinator will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include social media management, content creation, and analyzing marketing metrics.

  1. Candidate Qualifications

    Temporary personnel provided by the Staffing Agency will meet the following qualifications and criteria:

Qualifications

  1. Software Developer Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

    2. Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.

    3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

    4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, including front-end and back-end development.

  1. Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    4. Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, including scheduling, data entry, and phone handling.

  2. Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    2. Proficiency in marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.

    3. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    4. Minimum 2 years of marketing or related experience with a track record of successful campaigns.

Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

The Staffing Agency commits to achieving the following Service Level Objectives:

  1. Response Time:

    The Staffing Agency will respond to Tech Innovators Inc.'s job requests within 24 hours of receiving the request.

  2. Candidate Presentation:

    The Staffing Agency will present a minimum of 3 qualified candidates for each position within 5 business days of receiving the job request.

  3. Quality Assurance:

    Temporary personnel provided by The Staffing Agency will meet or exceed a 90% satisfaction rate based on client feedback surveys.

Billing And Payment Terms

  1. Billing Rates:

    The billing rates for temporary personnel are as follows:

Software Developer: $50.50 per hour

Administrative Assistant: $18.68 per hour

Marketing Coordinator: $24.80 per hour 

  1. Payment Term:

    Invoices will be submitted on a weekly basis and are due within 3 days of receipt.

  1. Additional Costs:

    Any additional costs or fees, such as overtime rates or transportation expenses, will be billed separately and agreed upon in advance.

Contract Duration

This SLA will be in effect from September 11, 2050 and will remain in effect until December 11, 2050. It may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties.

Termination And Transition

Either party may terminate this SLA with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, The Staffing Agency will assist in transitioning staffing services, including the transfer of candidate information and relevant documentation.

Confidentiality And Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement and comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this SLA will be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties.

Compliance And Legal Requirements

Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment and labor laws.


Insurance And Liability

  1. The Staffing Agency carries liability insurance to cover any potential claims related to the temporary personnel provided.

  2. The Client will not hold The Staffing Agency responsible for the actions or performance of temporary personnel during their assignment.

  1. Reporting And Performance Metrics

The Staffing Agency will provide monthly reports to the Client, outlining the number of candidates presented, response times, and client satisfaction scores.
