Parties

Purpose

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of training services by the Service Provider to the Client.

1. Training Session Details

1.1 Description
The Service Provider agrees to conduct training sessions as described below:

  • Training Topic: Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

  • Training Date(s): October 5, 2023, and October 12, 2023

  • Training Duration: Each session is 4 hours (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

  • Location: Virtual (Online)

  • Instructor(s): Benjie Stevenson, PHR

  • Materials: E-learning modules, handouts, and case studies

1.2 Content Changes

Any changes to the training content or schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Service Levels

2.1 Quality of Service

The Service Provider shall deliver training sessions that meet or exceed industry standards and best practices in HR training.

2.2 Technical Requirements

The Service Provider shall ensure that all technical requirements for the training sessions are met and that any technical issues are promptly addressed.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the training services as per the attached invoice.

Total Fees for Two Sessions: $4,000

3.2 Invoicing

Invoices shall be submitted by the Service Provider to the Client within 5 business days of the completion of each training session.

3.3 Payment

The Client shall make payments within 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the training sessions.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination

Either party may terminate this SLA by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of this agreement.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].
