Breach of Lease Letter Before Action
November 29, 2065

543 Velvet Lane, Suite 88,
Velvet Vista, OH 43210
Dear Mr. Walsh,
I hope this letter finds you well. My purpose in writing is an unfortunate matter that requires your urgent attention. After careful review and thorough assessment of our Lease Agreement, it has come to my attention that there have been certain violations and breaches of the stipulations specified within the contract.
Please note that the actions being referenced in this letter infringe upon the Lease Agreement dated June 1, 2060. Specifically, the following breaches have occurred:
-
Failure to Pay Rent: The rent payment due on November 1, 2065, has not been received.
-
Unauthorized Modifications: Unauthorized alterations were made to the property without prior consent.
-
Exceeding Occupancy Limits: The property has been occupied by more individuals than permitted in the lease.
Exceeding the terms and standards outlined therein, we must resolve this issue amicably and promptly. Please understand that acceptance of this proposal is critical to prevent the escalation of this situation to legal proceedings.
If the proposed resolution is not implemented within the next 10 days, I will be forced to take the necessary legal action to protect my rights. I would like to express my hope that it won't come to that and that we can find a satisfactory resolution. Please consider this letter an opportunity to rectify the breach and re-establish the trust and respect that once characterized our agreement.
If you need more detailed information or wish to discuss this further, feel free to contact me at [YOUR EMAIL]. Your early reply would be greatly appreciated. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are expected and very much appreciated. We look forward to resolving this issue promptly.
Sincerely,
[YOUR NAME]
