Responsibilities and Duties

  • As an HR Manager, you will not only be an integral part of the HR function but you will be expected to lead it.

  • Your core duties will include overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

  • You will be in charge of developing policies and directing and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A relevant certification like SPHR or SHRM-SCP will be considered a plus.

  • Proven experience as an HR manager would also be beneficial.

Skills and Competencies

  • Applicants must possess impeccable communication and leadership skills.

  • We expect our HR Manager to be knowledgeable in HR systems, databases, and MS Office.

  • Be able to strategize and implement HR policies effectively.

  • Have a keen understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role is required. Applicants with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with a company’s business goals will be preferred.
