Responsibilities and Duties

Endeavor to create and maintain a positive working environment.

Identify, manage, and resolve workplace issues that could lead to disruptions.

Develop and implement employee relations policies that promote company culture.

Conduct investigations into complaints from employees and provide appropriate responses.

Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years experience in an employee relations role.

Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements
