Introduction

  1. Background

At CodeCraft Innovations, we believe in creating a harmonious work environment where every employee feels valued and respected. While we maintain an open-door policy and encourage free communication among employees and management, we also understand that formal structures are necessary to resolve issues that may arise. This document has been prepared to offer a standardized approach to grievance handling within the organization.

  1. Objective

The objective of this document is to outline the procedure and guidelines for reporting, investigating, and resolving grievances at CodeCraft Innovations. This aims to ensure that every complaint receives the attention it deserves, is thoroughly investigated, and resolved fairly.
