I. Services

  • Ambassadorial Duties: Serving as an official ambassador, the Influencer will represent the Company, advocating for the beverage through various online channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Content Creation: The Influencer will produce high-quality content such as posts, stories, and videos, highlighting the features and benefits of the Company's new beverage authentically and compellingly.

  • Audience Engagement: Engaging with their audience, the Influencer will respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback related to the promoted beverage, fostering a sense of community and trust around the brand.

  • Performance Tracking: The Influencer will work with the Company to monitor the effectiveness of the promotional campaign, providing insights and feedback to optimize future marketing strategies and maximize engagement.

II. Campaign Details

The Influencer will provide services including, but not limited to, dedicated posts, story features, promotional videos, and community events. Detailed descriptions, timelines, and delivery dates will be documented in the subsection in Section 2.

II.I Campaign Overview:

This document outlines the schedule, requirements, and expectations for the Brand Ambassador campaign. The campaign aims to leverage the influence of selected individuals to promote our brand, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement across various platforms.

II.II Brand Ambassador Program Description:

The Brand Ambassador Program is an integral component of our marketing strategy aimed at amplifying brand awareness, fostering brand loyalty, and driving engagement with our target audience. Our ambassadors serve as authentic representatives of our brand, embodying our values, mission, and identity. Through their influence and reach, they help us connect with consumers on a personal level, driving interest and affinity for our products/services.

    • Define program objectives and goals.

    • Identify target demographics and segments.

    • Develop selection criteria for brand ambassadors.

    • Design ambassador perks, incentives, and rewards.

    • Create marketing collateral and ambassador resources.

  2. Recruitment Phase (2 weeks):

    • Launch ambassador recruitment campaign.

    • Review and assess ambassador applications.

    • Conduct interviews or selection process.

    • Notify selected ambassadors and send onboarding materials.

  3. Onboarding Phase (2 weeks):

    • Welcome ambassadors to the program.

    • Provide training on brand guidelines, messaging, and expectations.

    • Distribute promotional materials, samples, or products.

    • Establish communication channels and support networks.

  4. Activation Phase (Ongoing):

    • Adjustments and refinements made based on evaluation findings ongoing from April 29, 2050, onward.

III. Compensation

In reciprocation for the Influencer's full completion and adherence to all obligations as outlined in this Contract, the Company is committed and obligated to remunerate the Influencer. This payment will be processed and completed by a specific date, the [date]. Furthermore, this payment will align with the parameters and provisions as stipulated in the attached document which details the compensation framework and conditions in Section 3.

Ambassador Compensation:

IV. Exclusivity

The individual who operates as an Influencer, as outlined within the parameters of this Contract, agrees and commits not to establish, enter, or partake in any similar agreement or contract. The prohibition specifically extends to agreements with any companies that are in direct competition within the beverage industry, either by offering similar products or operating within the same market segments. This condition shall be upstanding and in effect for the full duration of time that this Contract remains active and binding.

V. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information obtained during the term of this Contract unless expressly authorized by the disclosing party.

VI. Duration and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party upon [specify notice period] written notice to the other party.
