1. Scope of Services
The Wedding Planner agrees to provide comprehensive wedding planning and coordination services, which encompass event concept design, sourcing and recommending vendors, establishing an event timeline, and managing on-site coordination during the event.
2. Event Information
The wedding event is scheduled for May 15, 2050, at [Event Location]. It is anticipated that approximately 150 guests will attend. Should there be any alterations to these event details, such changes must be promptly communicated to the other party involved in this agreement.
3. Financial Terms and Conditions
The total fee for the aforementioned services is set at $10,000. Upon signing this agreement, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $2,500, with the balance due by April 1, 2050. All payments are to be made to the Wedding Planner using bank transfer, as agreed upon.
4. Amendments and Specific Conditions
Any specific terms or conditions, including exceptions or additional agreements outside the standard scope of services provided, shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. This written agreement is necessary for any amendments or specific conditions to become an integral part of this contract.
5. Confidentiality Agreement
All information exchanged in the course of planning and executing the wedding event, including but not limited to personal details, vendor information, and contractual agreements, will be treated with strict confidentiality by both parties. This confidentiality clause will remain in effect even after the termination or conclusion of this agreement.
6. Termination of Agreement
This agreement may be terminated by either party, provided that written notice is given. Should the agreement be terminated, the Client will be responsible for compensating the Wedding Planner for all work completed and expenses incurred up until the notice of termination was received.
7. Compliance with Laws
Both parties hereby agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and statutes at local, state, national, and international levels with the services being provided under this agreement.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, the individuals representing the Wedding Planner and the Client affirm their authority to bind their respective entities to this agreement, thereby rendering it legally valid and enforceable.
