All maintenance entries must be accurately recorded with corresponding details. In case of any discrepancies or issues, immediately contact the Safety Manager.

Notes:

• Extinguishers with damages or those not fit for use should be reported and replaced immediately.

• All fire extinguishers must be inspected at least once a year to ensure they are in working order.
