Social Media Marketing Webinar Contract
This Social Media Marketing Webinar Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this [dd/mm/year], (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (referred to as the "Company"), and [Your Partner Company Name / Secondary Party], an individual/organization with its principal place of business located at [Your Partner Company Address / Second Party Address] (referred to as the "Host").
WHEREAS, the Company seeks to engage the Host's expertise to conduct a webinar on the topic of Social Media Marketing for the Company's clients and prospects; and
WHEREAS, the Host has agreed to provide the Company with their services as a webinar host and presenter;
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, the Company and the Host (collectively referred to as the "Parties") agree as follows:
Webinar Description:
The Host will conduct a live webinar titled "Mastering Social Media Marketing in the IT Industry" on [mm/dd/year] (the "Webinar Date") for a duration of approximately 60 minutes. The Webinar will cover various aspects of social media marketing tailored to the IT industry.
Services to be Provided by the Host:
The Host agrees to:
a. Prepare and present the Webinar content.
b. Promote the Webinar on their social media channels.
c. Provide a Q&A session at the end of the Webinar.
d. Make reasonable efforts to answer attendees' questions during and after the Webinar.
Compensation:
In consideration of the Host's services, the Company shall pay the Host a fee of $500 upon the completion of the Webinar. Payment will be made within 5 days after the Webinar Date.
Promotion:
The Company will promote the Webinar to its clients and prospects through its marketing channels. The Host is responsible for promoting the Webinar on their own social media channels and platforms.
Intellectual Property:
Any materials, presentations, or content created or used during the Webinar shall remain the property of the Host. The Company shall have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Webinar materials for its internal and marketing purposes.
Confidentiality:
Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or business strategies shared during the course of the Webinar or in connection with this Contract.
Termination:
Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other Party breaches any material provision of this Contract.
Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.
Counterparts:
This Contract may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
