7. Confidentiality

Both parties solemnly pledge to maintain the sanctity and confidentiality of all proprietary knowledge, data, and conclusions derived during the course of the market analysis. They commit to instituting rigorous measures to ensure that such sensitive information remains shielded from unsanctioned access and disclosures, thus upholding the trust and integrity of their collaborative endeavor.

8. Termination

In the event that both parties retain the inherent right to bring an end to this Contract or if any of the policies have been breached within any of the terms stipulated in the agreed terms. To initiate such a termination:

8.1. A written notice must be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance of the intended termination date.

8.2. Upon receipt of the notice, both parties shall discuss the reasons for termination, any potential resolutions, and the ramifications of such an action.

8.3. The non-defaulting party may opt for an immediate termination of the Contract. Before exercising this right, the non-defaulting party should communicate the nature of the breach to the defaulting party, providing them with an opportunity to address and rectify the situation within a stipulated time frame, if feasible.

8.4. Any payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be completed. In the event of termination due to breach, any costs or losses incurred by the non-defaulting party, directly resulting from the breach, may be recoverable.

8.5. Return or destroy any proprietary information, documents, or materials belonging to the other party. Certify in writing that all such materials have been returned or destroyed and that no copies have been made or retained.

9. Dispute Resolution
