Marketing Promotional Contracts with Retailers
This Marketing Promotional Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between [Your Company Name], a state of [Your State] corporation with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and [Recipient Company], a retail establishment with its principal place of business at [Recipient Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Retailer," represented by [Recipient Name], the [Recipient Position] of the Retailer.
I. CAMPAIGN DETAILS:

II. SERVICES:
The Company agrees to deliver the following services as part of the marketing campaign:
Design and execution of targeted promotional materials.
Social media advertising and engagement.

III. PAYMENT:
The Retailer agrees to pay the Company the total sum of USD 250,000 for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in installments as follows:
50% upon execution of this Contract.

IV. TERM AND TERMINATION:
