Marketing Affiliate Contract
This Affiliate Marketing Contract ("Contract") is effective as of the [Month Day, Year], and is entered into by and between Party A, represented by [Your Name], with an address at [Your Company Address], and Party B, represented by [Affiliate’s Name], with an address at [Affiliate’s Address], hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. BACKGROUND

2. AFFILIATE MARKETING AGREEMENT
2.1. Appointment as Affiliate

2.2. Promotional Activities
Party B agrees to undertake various promotional activities to market Party A's products and services. These activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

2.3. Compensation

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Party B agrees not to disclose any confidential information received from Party A to any third party, and to use such information solely for the purpose of this Contract.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Fictionland.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
