To motivate sales team members to exceed sales targets.
To foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
To align the sales team’s goals with the company's strategic objectives.
All full-time sales representatives are eligible.
Part-time sales representatives' eligibility will be prorated based on hours worked.
Achieve monthly sales up to [$10,000] for a [5%] commission.
Monthly sales between [$10,001 - $20,000] for a [7%] commission.
Monthly sales exceeding [$20,000] for a [10%] commission.
Quarterly bonuses for the top [three] performers.
An annual luxury retreat for top sales representatives.
Sales will be tracked using the [X-Sales Performance Software].
Commission payments will be made on the [15th] of the following month.
All sales must be finalized and recognized as revenue to qualify.
Returns and cancellations will be deducted from the sales totals.
