Freelance Architect Contract

1. Services

The Architect shall provide architectural services in respect of the design and development of the Project as described in this Contract. 4. Payment Terms

It is within the rights of either party involved in this Agreement to terminate it at any time. This prerogative can be executed by giving a written notice to the other party. Following the termination of this agreement, the client has the immediate obligation to square off any outstanding payment with the architect. The payment should encompass all the services that have been provided by the architect, inclusive, up until the actual date of termination.

7. Confidentiality

The Architect hereby agrees and acknowledges that all the information that they will receive from the Client during the execution of the Project is to be held and treated as confidential. This confidentiality applies unless the Client expressly states otherwise, which means that any breach of this agreement would contradict the terms established between the Architect and the Client regarding the sensitive information shared during the Project's execution. The Architect recognizes the value and importance of this confidential information to the Client and therefore promises to adhere to this stipulation diligently.

9. Indemnification and Limitations of Liability

The following points outline the Client's agreement to indemnify and hold the Architect harmless from any claims arising from the Services provided under this Contract.
