Life Coach Contract

This contract (the "Contract") is entered into between [Client's Full Name] (the "Client") and [Life Coach's Full Name] (the "Coach"), outlining the terms of the coaching relationship. The Client hereby engages the Coach to provide life coaching services as described herein, and the Coach agrees to provide such services by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Terms of Engagement

The Coach agrees to provide life coaching services to the Client, tailored to the Client's individual needs and goals.

2. Coach's Qualifications and Certifications

The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the coaching relationship may depend on the Coach's qualifications and certifications.

3. Compensation and Benefits

The Client agrees to compensate the Coach at the rate of $150 per coaching session.
Payment shall be made before each coaching session via credit card.
As a token of commitment to the Client's progress and success, the Coach shall provide 2 complimentary email/phone support sessions between scheduled coaching sessions.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Coach pledges to uphold strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions.
The Client acknowledges that certain legal exceptions to confidentiality may apply, such as imminent danger to oneself or others.
Both the Coach and the Client agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the coaching relationship to third parties without the express consent of the other party.

5. Termination Conditions

Either party may terminate this Contract at any time with 30 days written notice to the other party.
In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment for any coaching sessions already conducted.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through mediation, with both parties mutually agreeing upon a mediator.

7. Governing Law

8. Entire Agreement
