Selling Car Contract
This Vehicular Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of [DATE], by and between: [SELLER NAME], of [SELLER ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" AND [BUYER NAME], of [BUYER ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"
1. Description and Price of the Vehicle
The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the following motor vehicle (the “Vehicle”):(MAKE, MODEL, YEAR, COLOR, VIN). Where the purchase price for the Vehicle is [PURCHASE PRICE].
2. Condition and Warranties
The Seller warrants that, at the date of this Agreement, the Vehicle is free from any liens or encumbrances and that the Seller is the legal owner of the vehicle. The Seller makes no other warranties about the condition, quality, or suitability of the Vehicle.
3. Payment terms

4. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
