Social Media Freelance Contract
THIS CONTRACT is made this 18th day of April 2050 BETWEEN [Client], having its principal place of business at [Client’s Address], (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), AND [Freelancer], having its address at [Freelancer’s Address], (hereinafter referred to as the “Freelancer”).
I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Freelancer agrees to provide social media management services to the Client as per the specifications mentioned in this Contract. The defined services include content creation, routine posting, audience engagement, and analytics tracking across specified social media platforms.
II. COMPENSATION
In consideration for the services provided, the Client shall pay the Freelancer as agreed upon signing this contract, subject to any necessary adjustments agreed upon by both parties at the end of each calendar month. Payment shall be made on or before the [Payment Date] of each month.
III. TERM AND TERMINATION
This contract is valid from the April 18, 2050 to the April 18, 2052, and may be terminated by either party with written notice.
IV. CONFIDENTIALITY
During the course of this contract, the Freelancer may have access to confidential information. The Freelancer agrees not to disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose, except for the performance of the services outlined in this contract.
V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Client shall have total ownership of all intellectual property rights existing in the Work, which notably include, but may not be limited to, copyrights.
VI. INDEMNIFICATION
Each Party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from their breach of this Contract.
