Freelance Photographer Contract
This Contract is made and entered into as of the [DATE] by and between [YOUR NAME], herein referred to as ("Client"), and [PHOTOGRAPHER'S NAME], herein referred to as ("Photographer"). Both parties shall collectively hereinafter be referred to as the ("Parties").

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the photographs will be owned by the Photographer. The Client will receive a limited license to use the photographs for personal purposes, including sharing on social media, printing and distributing.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
The Photographer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Client from any damage, liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the performance of the services mentioned herein.
6. TERMINATION
This Contract contains a provision that allows for the possibility of termination by any party involved in this contract. However, for the termination to be considered valid and effective, the party intending to terminate the contract must provide a written notice stating their intent to withdraw from the contract.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information received from the other Party during the term of this Contract except as required by law.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from this Contract will be resolved through mediation. If the Parties cannot resolve the dispute through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. ENTIRE CONTRACT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements, or representations by or between the Parties.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The governance and interpretation of this contract shall be conducted under the laws prevalent in the State of New York, located within the United States of America.
