Permanent Employment Contract
This Permanent Employment Contract (herewith referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on the 4th of September 2055, by and between:
[YOUR COMPANY NAME], with its primary place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and [EMPLOYEE NAME], currently residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee".
Collectively, the Employer and the Employee are referred to as the "Parties".
1. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
1.1 Job Roles
The Employee shall be employed by the Employer in the capacity of [Employee Position]. The Employee agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities associated with the position to the best of their abilities.
1.2 Work Hours
The Employee's regular working hours shall be 8 Hours per Day, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1 Hour Lunch Break provided.
2. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
2.1 Salary
The Employee shall receive a salary of [Salary Amount] per 1st and 15th of every month, payable via Bank Transfer.
2.2 Benefits
The Employee shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plans offered by the Employer, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans.
2.3 Vacation
The Employee shall be entitled to 11 days of paid vacation leave per year, to be taken at mutually agreed-upon times.
2.4 Sick Leave
The Employee shall be entitled to 2 days of paid sick leave per year, for illness or injury.
2.5 Other Benefits
Any additional benefits shall be outlined in separate documents or policies provided by the Employer.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
During employment, the Employee may have access to confidential information belonging to the Employer. The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information both during and after the term of employment and shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Employer.
4. TERMINATION CONDITIONS
4.1 Termination by Employer
The Employer reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time for just cause, including but not limited to, poor performance, misconduct, or breach of contract, upon 30 days' written notice.
4.2 Termination by Employee
The Employee may terminate their employment by providing 30 days written notice to the Employer.
4.3 Severance
In the event of termination without cause, the Employee shall be entitled to [Severance Package] following the Employer's policies.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration by the rules of the [Arbitration Association]. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
