FILM ACTOR CONTRACT

This contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Effective Date], between [Your Company Name], ("Producer"), having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], and [Actor's Name], ("Actor"), residing at [Actor's Address].

1. Engagement

The producer using this contract, hereby enlists the services of the actor. The actor's engagement is specifically defined as delivering acting roles for the yet-to-be-confirmed motion picture that is tentatively being referred to as "The Secret Garden," henceforth known as "The Film."

2. Services

The actor agrees to perform the following services:

• Acting in the role of "John Smith" in the Film.

• Attending rehearsals, fittings, and promotional events related to the Film as reasonably requested by Producer.

• Cooperating with the Producer, director, and other crew members in the performance of the Actor's duties.

3. Compensation

In consideration of the services rendered by the Actor, the Producer shall pay the Actor the sum of $50,000 ("Compensation"), payable as follows:

• 50% upon signing of this contract.

• 50% upon completion of filming.

Any additional compensation for overtime, travel expenses, or other agreed-upon reimbursements shall be provided according to the terms outlined in Appendix A of this agreement.

4. Term

The duration or lifespan also referred to as the term of this contract, is slated to formally begin or commence on the specified start date that is indicated within the contract document. Following the commencement of the contract, it is proposed to continuously remain in effect and binding. This is until such a time when the actor, who is party to the contract, has fully performed, fulfilled, and completed all the services that are required of them for the production or making of the designated film. At this point, the performance obligations of the actor according to the contract shall be deemed to have come to an end, and this would effectively bring the term of the contract as a whole to closure.

5. Ownership

Producer shall exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to the results and proceeds of Actor's services in the Film, including but not limited to, the right to exploit and use Actor's image and likeness in connection with the Film.

6. Confidentiality

The actor has given his agreement and commitment that he will not disclose or reveal any confidential or proprietary information that is connected or linked to the Film or its production process. This agreement includes but it is not limited to information about the script, characters, plot, production schedule, or other behind-the-scenes details that are not publicly available. This confidential information is to be protected and should only be disclosed if the actor has received the prior written consent and approval of the Producer.

7. Representations and Warranties

The actor represents and warrants that:

• They have the legal right to enter into this Contract.

• They are not subject to any contractual or legal obligations that would prevent them from fulfilling their obligations under this Contract.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party if:

• The other party breaches any material provision of this Contract and fails to cure such breach within [number] days after receiving written notice.

• The production of the Film is canceled or indefinitely postponed for any reason.

9. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Jurisdiction].

10. Entire Agreement
