Freelance Photography Contract

This Freelance Photography Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. Parties Involved

2. Services

6. Ownership and Rights

8. Confidentiality

• Exceptions: Confidentiality obligations shall not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes known to the receiving Party through lawful means.

9. Termination

• Termination for Convenience: Either Party may terminate this Contract at any time by providing [Number] days' written notice to the other Party.

• Termination for Breach: In the event of a material breach of this Contract by either Party, the non-breaching Party may terminate this Contract immediately upon written notice to the breaching Party.

10. Indemnification

11. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior contracts, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
