Real Estate Photography Contract
This Real Estate Photography Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

II. Services
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the Client's real estate properties as mutually agreed upon. Services may include but are not limited to:
Photographing interior and exterior areas of the property

Editing and retouching of photographs
Providing digital copies of finalized images
III. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the agreed-upon fee for the photography services rendered. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment schedules, and accepted payment methods, shall be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
IV. Schedule
The Parties shall mutually agree upon the date(s) and time(s) for the photography sessions. Any changes or cancellations to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon by both Parties in writing.
V. Usage Rights
The Client is granted non-exclusive usage rights to the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific real estate property or properties photographed. Usage rights are limited to the agreed-upon scope and duration outlined in this Contract.
VI. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project. Confidential information includes but is not limited to client lists, pricing structures, and trade secrets.
VII. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the photographs beyond the scope of this Contract or any breach of intellectual property rights.
VIII. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other Party in the event of a material breach of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled by the terms of this Contract.
IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be exclusively resolved through arbitration in [city], [jurisdiction], by the rules of the [arbitration association].
